Access to the environment through Physical IP.

I have a problem with ZeroTier, because even if I don’t release the machine I installed on ZeroTier, I can access it through the Physical IP of any machine, even machines that don’t have ZeroTier installed, the correct thing is to access only through the right Managed IPs ? but through Managed IPs I can’t access it, I didn’t understand why.
