Checking the RFC4193 box in Central

Trying to connect with Android. Checking RFC4193 seemed to advance the phone’s connection status, but I wish to understand what values fields beneath the “ZeroTier RFC4193 (/128 for each device)” check box accept and mean.

E.g., fd6c:b565:3d7a:7eb4:ab99:93__::

Are random values acceptable?

Same for “ZeroTier 6PLANE (/80 routable for each device).”

Thanks!
David S

Hello,
Both of those modes generate a unique ipv6 address. You don’t need to type anything in. Enable one or both of them and then take look at your members list and look for new, grayed out ipv6 addresses. If you disable the setting again, they will disappear.

Here is more info.
