Difficulty in manually assigning IPV4 address to devices in ZT Central

Current (October 7, 2020) ZeroTier Central management console will not allow adding a manual IPV4 address by clicking on the “+” icon in the Member section of the network page. Mousing over the “+” always results in a :no_entry_sign:! I have tried all variations of checking and unchecking boxes for auto address assignment with same results. What am I missing? I haven’t used the management console in some time but I remember being able to do this before. I’m running console on Firefox or Edge / Windows10 Pro.

Thanks - I knew it was something simple. The UI designer might want to increase the contrast of the gray line or provide another input indicator clue.
