Having trouble setting up managed network config

I’m trying to add a new managed route to access the modem (10.0.0.1) on my network, which when I’m local on the network I can access normally but when I turn on zerotier either locally or when I’m away from home, I can only ping the modem and cannot access the web interface. Any thoughts?

This is my managed networks config - the other two are working fine. The appliance at 192.168.99.3 is setup for bridging and working just fine as far as I can tell.
