Issues connecting using 100.x.y.z subnets

Hey,

I created a additional network using 100.104.97.0/24 subnet to avoid accident conflicts with other local or zerotier networks (Yes I did borrow the idea from tailscale). However, I could not ping my peer or even ping the itself. It was strange because I was using same nodes that were connected to other ZT networks and they were working. I also added another subnet to the same network and that one worked but the 100.x.y.z. did not.
