No UI with both Service and App running

Having just installed Zerotier, I am posed with the problem that the UI has never appeared although both the service and app are shown as running by the Task Manager.

Because of another discussion here, I have already rebooted and started the app, but that did not improved the situation. Any other suggestions?

It’s a tray application that lives in the system tray near the clock in the lower right corner of your screen. Click the up arrow to the left of the clock and you’ll see an orange icon with the zerotier logo
