Not letting me to ping

I am running a network which has four members , but when I try to ping them , it’s not pinging the windows laptop but it pings the android mobile . I have also tried adding firewall rules and tried it with disabling firewall too, but didn’t work!! Any help will be Appreciated.

Windows blocks pings by default. You’ll have to enable pings in the Windows Firewall if you want to ping.
