What is gw-bom-01.zerotier.com - strange 65. ip address appeared on my network

hello - i noticed an odd IP address appear against my zerotier Pi device and shut it off.
Yet… IP remains active on my network and resolves to the above.
What is this and give 65.is an India IP range should I be concerned (perhaps even shut off my Zerotier use)?

any advice / reverse lookup etc would be hugely appreciated!

gw-*-01.zerotier.com are all TCP fallback relays for instances of ZeroTier that can’t connect via UDP (the default). gw-bom-01.zerotier.com is the gatway in Mumbai, India.
