Zerotier on Android is dropping connection

Hello,

When ZeroTier is connected/online on my phone (Samsung S22), my WiFi Calling regularly drops off. It’s probably off like 80% of the time. The WiFi call setting is still enabled, it’s just not working as the WiFi calling button doesn’t show in the top status bar of Android (along with cell reception etc), and since I live in an area of very poor reception it’s affecting my ability to contact people. When I switch Zerotier off, my WiFi calling will reconnect and be rock solid, no disconnects.
I have reset my phone in hopes of fixing this, but it didn’t help.
Has anybody else experienced this, and is there a workaround/fix?
