Which Windows version and and which ZeroTier version?
What? Tabs? Do you mean installer windows?
I think I get what you mean but you supply basically no information at all and any reader has to guess everything (what you mean and basic required information).

I’m unable to install ZeroTier 1.8.4 on my x64 Windows 8.1 Pro too.
The installer windows basically get stuck at some point where almost everything is installed except for the virtual network card driver (TAP NIC?).
The problem is that ZeroTier seems to have forgotten there is a Windows OS between Win7 and Win10 - Windows 8.1!
At some point between the 1.6.6 and 1.8.3 releases they removed the VNIC driver for ALL pre Win10 OSs without mentioning it anywhere. Nowhere in the current release notes, nor on the download page:
Note: Windows 7 users, please download ZeroTier 1.6.6, as there is no Windows 7 support in ZeroTier 1.8 or later.
Officially it seems like Win8.1 should still be supported but that’s just not the case…
