Access physical LAN of Windows device from another Windows device

Hello, I have multiple Windows devices in different physical locations. I’d like to be able to access the physical LAN (ex. modem web UI) of Windows PC A, from Windows PC B. Is this possible with ZeroTier? I’ve played around with global routes, managed routes, etc. but can’t get it to work.

I was able to accomplish this with Tailscale but haven’t been able to with ZeroTier and I’d like to stick with ZeroTier if I can accomplish this.
