Account console just spins and does not log in

Hi I want to activate 2FA on my account but it just spins and does not log in. I deleted my account and signed up again with same email. This does it on ipad ios as well as windows 11. Can anyone advise as I do not want to proceede without 2FA. Thanks in advance

I thought I will reply to my own post. I have emailed Zerotier support but never heard back.

I was able to turn on 2FA by logging in on an old mxLinux laptop using the same wifi connection (thus same router) . Then I used Authy to set up 2 factor authentication.

So there is a bug in Zerotier as I could not access the mangement console on my ipad nor my Windows 11 PC. I am sure others will have the same issue.
