Adding additional administrators to my organization

Hi,

I’m trying to add an additional admin to my org.
I went through the invite process under Account->Your Organization->Admins. My friend received the email, went through the accept process, logged out then back in (we did this twice over two days).
The pending invite on my side disappeared after he accepted, but he didn’t appear under “Organization” and he doesn’t appear under “Add User” drop-down on my networks.

Potentially relevant:

  1. I just upgraded to Essential to enable this feature, but I’m still in the free trial period. Could this cause problems?
  2. My friend created a new zt account for this, so he has no networks.

Thoughts?

Ok let me try it this way. Has anyone had success with adding external admins to your Essentials account? Any tips, tricks, or gotcha’s not listed in the documentation?
