After restarting the zerotier service, it does not follow the flow rules

There are three member, A(tag 1), B(tag 1), C(tag 2)

  1. join all the node in to one network
    A can ping B
    B can ping C
    A can ping C
  2. set flow rule and save, drop tdiff tag 0; if tag is the same value, drop.
    A cannot ping B
    A can ping C
    B can ping C
    now everything is OK
  3. restart zerotier service.
    A cannot ping B
    A cannot ping C
    B cannot ping C

why restart zerotier service, it doesn’t follow the flow rules?
