You’re going to have to be more specific on what you’re attempting to do.
By default, ZeroTier itself doesn’t block any ports on a machine it’s installed on. The machine’s firewall may need to be configured to allow traffic over the ZeroTier adapter, however.
You may also have to set your SMTP server to also listen on the ZeroTier address (assuming ZeroTier is installed on your SMTP server). Other than that, I can’t suggest much without more information.
