I believe that you need to use the command zerotier-idtool genmoon moon.json from a command prompt with administrator rights. To do this you already need to have the moon.json file.
I don’t understand Chinese, so I can’t be sure, but I believe that the ID’s that you have are too short, they should be 10 characters I believe, and I only see 4 characters in your screenshots, if what I believe are the ID’s are in fact the ID’s.
