ARK: Survival Evolved server showing 0/0 people connected and unable to join game

Situation:
The server runs fine with the local IP and the user can join the game, but when the server is started with the ZeroTier IP, the number of participants becomes 0/0 and the user cannot join the game.

What I have tried:

  • Confirmation that communication is possible through ZeroTier (ping, SSH).
  • Confirmation that the ports used by the server (7777,7778,27015) are opened.

It seems that there must be some configuration on the ZeroTier side. If you have any ideas, please let me know.
