Assistance Required for Account Login and Billing Issue

I need assistance with my account and would like to request an email contact for support. I am unable to log in to my account and have not received the “Forgot Password” email to reset my credentials.

The account is of the “Essential” type, and I have been charged to my credit card. I would like to either delete the account or remove the payment method associated with it.
