Basic plan up to 50 nodes?

Hello basic plan says up to 50 nodes.
This means up to 50 authorized nodes on a private network?
So i can have unlimited on a public network?
or it means up to 50 registered nodes both private and public?

i tried to add more than 50 registered nodes and works fine.no limitation.
so i guess its only on authorized nodes?

It’s based on Authorized Network Members as stated on the Pricing – ZeroTier

Public networks are not factored in as anyone can join a public network.
