Blocked out of the Dashboard after new pricing model

When I go to the Dashboard I am presented with a choice to “try” Basic or Essential, both including “10 free devices”. There is no action I can take to bypass that screen, so effectively I am blocked from administering my networks and already registered devices.

This seemingly follows the latest blog informing that ZeroTier just changed their pricing, which reduced the number of free devices from 25 devices to 10 (after seemingly having gone from 50 to 25 two years ago), which, at the same time, follows the news that ZeroTier just raised $13.5M.

Whatever the case, I understand free is simply a bonus, and I am thankful for it, but just so I understand where I am at: I signed up to the free Basic plan over a year ago, and the post says that “current entitlements for our existing free users will remain unchanged” yet I cannot access the Dashboard. Besides, there was no email informing of any necessary chances in my account prior to this. Do I still have 25 devices at no cost or not?

I posted a related question yesterday - broken buttons asking me to upgrade, dire warnings about being 100 devices past my limit, even potentially (?) some service effects?

For my part, I was paying for a pro plan that included 500 devices. My page now reads that I have 25/25 included device, and 78/475 paid devices. So it would seem they are honoring my previous plan.

So hang in there, I think they will get your account updated soon.
