Can’t access internal network on anything but http port when connecting from iOS ZeroTier client that has an ipv6 public ip

I cant access an internal network ssh host from this iOS ZeroTier client that has an ipv6 public ip. From the same device I can access the same internal host’s http interface but can ssh it. If I use a different device that has an ipv4 public ip I can access the ssh port on the same internal host.

iPhone 11, ZeroTier 1.8.1 on Telstra (Australia) lte 4G with ipv6 public ip.
