Cannot access PC behind CGNAT

I have installed ZeroTier on two computers, one of which is behind a CGNAT. I have just done a basic installation, using the Easy IP4 setup.

I have authenticated the computers and they show as connected in the control panel. But I cannot access the computer behind the CGNAT. I cannot ping it, and I cannot access any of the resources.

Am I missing something? Do I need to add a managed route for it to work?

I am new to all this, so any help will be gratefully received!
