Cannot log in to dashboard

Hello!

I was invited to join an organization (our network admin left, and I am replacing him). Once I joined the organization, I became unable to log in. Every login attempt results in the spinning wheel screen. I attempted to log in first thing this morning, and six hours later, no change - still on the spinning wheel screen.

Is there anything that can be done on the backend to reset my account or advance past this screen?
