I tried reinstalling, it doesn’t work, tried restore to a week ago it doens’t work, i assume it’s permission problem but i am stumped at the moment. Help?

Some restrictive antivirus or policies may block the installation of VPNs and networking solutions.
Did you check if the file is actually there?
Did you check the permissions of the Zerotier folder?
