Can't find games in Saints Row IV

Hi Everyone!

I’m currently having trouble where my partner can’t find my games when I host a server in Saints Row IV GOTC edition

we already tried making new network
we tried disabling all firewall
we already allowed saints row 4 for the private and public connection
we played other games and it works normally including Saints Row III
