Can't share files with phone via windows SMB + ZeroTire

Hi, I can’t share files with my phone via windows SMB + ZeroTire.

Known:
1 My two windows computers can share files via zerotire, but not my phone.

2 The phone file management software can find the computer (ZeroTire) that is sharing via SMB.

3 I can access the folder by switching the mobile network to local wifi

All are allowed in the Windows sharing settings.

Shared folders are also set to everyone and have read/write.
