Connection Refused

When I try to access my server with Zerotier from my mobile with zerotier showing that it is ONLINE, it appears
Error Code: -6
net:ERR:CONNECTION_REFUSED

In central ZeroTier the device appears correctly.
From other devices I can access my server perfectly

Could you help me?
