Create a second account inside my VPN, only with paid access

HI,
In my VPN, I can create a user that can only pay the monthly subscription, this account would be passed to my provider to pay for me.

User to pay monthly subscription only. The best thing would be to be able to pay for “X” amount of devices for “X” amount of months, but apparently this option does not exist.
So … Can I create a second account inside my VPN, only with paid access, to give this account to my provider so that he pays the monthly subscription?
