Dual Homed Server Problems with ZeroTier

We have a Server 2012R2 running Zerotier Client… and when the Server is Dual homed… the VPN redirects to the incorrect Network connection. On our server we have a Public Interface to Spectrum, and one to ATT. But the firewall configuration on the ATT side is much more severe intentionally, and doesnt allow some services to work.

Is there a way to force Zerotier to use a specific upstream network connection. (We want it to always use the Spectrum backup connection).

Also one more thing… not only does it use the wrong connection, sometime it picks IPV6 versus IPV4 to display in the Zerotier Manager(my.zerotier.com is showing the IPV6 interface on ATT) rather than the Spectrum IPV4 connection…
