Essential Plan not allowing new device authorization, company operation completely halted, urgent support required

Hello,
My company recently upgraded to the Essential plan to support the addition of new devices onto our network. After upgrading the subscription, new nodes can be added, but the check to authorize the device is grayed out. This is coming at a terrible time as we are expanding our fleet and urgently need to connect our new devices to the VPN. Is there a support number available to call for me to troubleshoot this issue?

thanks for subscribing! Is the account under the same email as your discuss account? I’m looking at that account and network and it seems OK. Can you screen shot what is grayed out?

Can you find this button and click it at the bottom of your members list?

Otherwise we have disabled the limits on your account so the “old” members list should work.
