Fios TV issue when running ZT on local pc

Running ZT 1.12.2 on home PC used as server for BlueIris and Home Assistant. Whenever the Zero Tier One service is running on this pc I notice:

  1. Watching Fios TV from set top boxes is affected. Brief freezing/pausing.
  2. Watching Fios TV using Verizon TV Mobile app. Same freezing/pausing.
  3. Cloud connected devices in Home Assistant show intermittent availability.
    Have ruled out LAN and MoCA (coax) network cabling
    I’ve run ZT with this setup for 2 years with no issues. But recently as soon as I start the ZT service the problems return. Anyone else see this before?
