Fix "waiting for zero tier system service"

I download and installed zero tire
then it was installing something called “Microsoft edge WebView 2 runtime”
i canceled it because the progress bar was full and it was like that for more than 5 minutes.
and then when i right click on zero tier it just say waiting for zero tier system service “grey text”
and then i have the option to “quit zero tier”
I want to know how to fix this issue.
