HELP - All nodes failing to connect

All of the nodes on our account are failing to connect across many different data centers, locations, OS versions, etc. Nodes are starting to drop out and are showing > 1 hour last seen

The production database that serves and its attached networks saw a significant spike in load due to unexpected usage patterns overnight, starting at approximately 21:00 Pacific on Tuesday evening (Aug. 15) and continuing until 07:30 Pacific today (Aug. 16). No data was lost, and the affected systems do not have access to users’ network traffic or client devices.

However, changes to network configuration – including creating new networks, joining existing ones, and querying network state in the dashboard and API – may have been delayed or returned errors.

We apologize for the interruption in service and are already working to identify the cause and prevent this category of performance issue going forward.
