Home directory location in Windows 10?

Can someone please clarify where is the home directory located in Windows 10? I’ve tried creating the file in AppData\Local\ZeroTier\One but apparently it doesn’t use it, my local.conf has only this:

and ZeroTier doesn’t update itself, I’m still in 1.6.2 when it should have updated to 1.6.4 by itself.

We have the auto update feature as a “Just in Case” if there’s a security major flaw discovered in ZeroTier. Otherwise it’s not used. To upgrade, just download & install the latest version from https://www.zerotier.com/download/
