How do you use zerotier to access local ip camera over 4G phone

Hi all
I have a local LAN connection on 192.168.8.0 with a Pi running zerotier on a docker compose container, i have left all items as your default.
zerotier assigned IPv4 Auto-Assign range 192.168.196.x
Also, an iPhone with zerotier app, that does access the pi LAN 192.168.196.15 over 4G via the assigned IP by default.

My Pi local IP 192.168.8.15
My camera Local IP 192.168.8.49:8016
how can i access the camera from my iPhone when on a 4G network
