How does one report an outage with ZeroTier Central?

On multiple browsers, I’m getting no response (pin wheel of death in Chrome and Edge)

I can ping the host my.zerotier.com, but the web page never loads. Tested from multiple devices and multiple networks.

I’m a paying customer, and this is causing a production outage for me. I have a router that is requesting configuration, but never receives it. Existing connections seem to be fine.

Suggestions?

EDIT: I can login via mobile (Verizon) but cannot login via Xfinity or Spectrum. Just blank page

Having the same issue here - we use ZT for all our nodes and todays issue has caused a massive production outage for us as nodes periodically lost connectivity. The lack of support available outside of Zerotier Central is concerning. It appears the only support option is the chat within ZT Central itself. If ZT Central goes down, there’s no way to get in touch with support at all.

Not only that, but there’s been no mention on any of the “official” sources of an outage or an email advising of an outage, it was only patterns across multiple networks and finding this thread that clued me in that it wasn’t our infrastructure that had an issue. Twitter, Mastadon, nothing had any indication there had been an issue.

+1 - bump for attention. We were having intermittent and inconsistent issues yesterday as well. How can paying customers tell when there is a systemic issue so we aren’t chasing our tails?
