I subscribe to Zerotier Essential which includes Ticketed Support.
However how to access this ticketed support is not entirely clear.
If there is no ticketed support anymore the product isn’t usable for business cases.

If you log in to my.zerotier.com you will see a chat icon that will allow you to engage with us. If you’re having issues with the platform, we certainly want to help your business.
