How to install ZT In server 2008R2

Hi,

I have SERVER in my office using server 2008R2 Server IP is 192.168.1.29, Router IP is 192.168.1.1, DNS 192.168.1.29.

I installed ZT in my home PC and server, but i cannot ping from office nor home. not sure about the reason. the reason i installed ZT is to open my server Files, ERP Software (SQL), etc.

Kindly advise?

ICMP (ping) may not be enabled on the hosts. Have you tried accessing the services you want rather than just pinging?
