How to use GCP as a Zero Tier Network Controller

is it possible to use GCP as a ZT network controller?

for example i am using pfsense where i install the ZT module and add the ZT LAN, then NAT it to the internet from there.

I wanna be able to use that function on GCP where the GCP VMs end up on the same ZT LAN then use cloud NAT to go out to the internet, would like to achieve this without installing a cloud router VM, is it possible?
