I have restore system via Time machine backup file.now two mac have the same nodo ID，How could I make any mac has another Node ID？

I have two mac. One made backup via Time machine.
Then restore system to another mac.
Now two mac have the same Node ID.
I uninstalled ZeroTier and reinstalled,but not still have the same Node ID.

How could I make any mac has another Node ID？
