Impossible start remote connection with multi account PC's

Hello there! I’m having problems connecting a remote session with “Microsoft Remote Desktop” between macOs machine and Windows PC, but only when the Windows machine have more than one user.

I specify on “Microsoft Remote Desktop” which user I want use and their password.

I don’t understand why doesn’t works. Some idea?
