IP addresses around the world

I’m in Canada. Sniffing the connection of my private network shows multiple IP addresses open and connected to (not including the local nodes). Strange ones are: Singapore, South Korea and Switzerland. Should I be at all concerned about this? TIA for your time.

We do have root servers in both Switzerland and Singapore that every node talks to. I can’t speak for South Korea, though. I do know that geo-location of IP addresses is notoriously bad, though. As an example, a popular geo blocking software used in Australia decided several Australian IP blocks were suddenly Uzbekistan.

Thanks for the response. South Korea is IP 14.52.0.81 (if that helps).

you can look at zerotier-cli peers to see which node is at that ip address
