IP PBX (asterisk) in cloud (linode) layer 2 to ip phones with Mikrotik

I have an IP PBX asterisk with DHCP Server(Cloud) and would like to connect with Zerotier Layer 2 to ip phones behind Mikrotik router. For example the pbx is 172.30.110.1 and hands out DHCP 172.30.110.10-172.30.110.250.
