iPhone/IOS app v1.8.1 can't connect to other devices

I recently migrated my home server to Proxmox and have setup OPNSense in a VM with Zerotier installed and completely up to date. I have “Allow Ethernet Bridging” checked on OPNSense in ZT Central and the managed route is configured as well. When connecting my laptop, I am able to tunnel to OPNSense and reach all of my VMs. However, when setting up the app on iPhone/IOS, even though it shows as online in ZT Central, it can’t ping or connect to any device on the network regardless if on cellular or wifi. Any thoughts?
