IS-IS over Zerotier?

Anyone tried connecting two routers with IS-IS over the ZT interfaces? I have started testing this on Mikrotik routers (ROS 7.16.2) where IS-IS is in beta and while I can connect between two routers with layer 2 adjacency, I can not connect between two routers with ZT adjacency - which in theory is layer 2.

Curious if this is still a Mikrotik beta IS-IS issue or if I am asking too much from ZT for this to work?

Have you adjusted your flow rules? This is likely the issue. We have MPLS and BGP working over ZT connection on mikrotik with no issue, but if you do not adjust the Flow Rules for the network certain low level traffic will be filtered.
