If you can add a static route into Windows, try finding out what IP addresses (or range) are used by the remote gaming platform. Then make a static route that’s specific for that, and point it to one of the ZeroTier IP addresses (the “other end” address). I have not tried added a static route into Windows though, so you might need to search Google a bit for that.
