Issues with legacy subscription. Sales team dead/not responding

Hi,

we are a customer with the legacy basic plan for 29,90/month. A few weeks ago we found that we are now limited down from 250 to 50. We got no infiormation about this change and still getting invoices. Please clarify what happend to the legacy plan and why was it reduced to 50 devices, why are customers not informed about this change?
