I have a JellyFish server and am trying to utilize the Connect tool for remote users (California & Italy) to have access to content stored onboard. The remote users can connect but do not see any server mapped.
One user says he can ping my laptop but not the server.
OWC has not been able to give a working solution from their tech support.
