Hi, I’m looking into various software VPN options to access a server via RDS.
I like Zero Tier, but the client pushes me back, I need the user not to be able to do anything with the client, they just have to be able to enter zero tier and be able to connect and disconnect to the network.
Is it possible to limit the client?
ZeroTier is already limited to running with Administrator privileges in the background. The first time the UI launches, it asks for admin privileges so that it can control the background service. If you do not want users to be able to control zerotier, do not give them administrator privileges, and do not launch the UI for them.
Beyond that, there is no way to limit which networks a client can connect to.
