LOSS of iPhone WAN connectivity to Blue Iris

I have been successfully usung ZeroTier to Access Blue Iris run as a service on a Windows PC from the an iPhone Blue Iris app.

Suddenly, I find that I cannot connect to the server… the connection activity sign just spins… never errors out.

I have confirmed that on Zero Tier Connection both the PC and the iPhone show as “Online”.

I find that I can connect when at the house using the local lan, so it seems the problem is WAN access.
